Payments

We accept payments Securely Online with Credit Card, Debit Card, & PayPal.
Postage & Packing and Delivery

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in pounds sterling.

Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. 

If an order date is on a Bank Holiday, then the order will be mailed on the next working day.
Non-Delivery & Damaged Items

Every item is individually checked before being packed and dispatched. All claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt and in the case of non-delivery within 10 days of notification of being charged. We request that any queries concerning items that are damaged or missing are brought to our attention as soon as is possible.
